This project included a kitchen, living room & bathroom renovation. We had the pleasure of working with a great design team on this project. We relocated the clients island to utilize the space and make the island the focal point of entertaining. The living room ceiling was dropped to add more pot-lighting and wiring for a home entertainment system. The ensuite bathroom was fully gutted. We built a custom shower base with a seat and shower niche. Our interior design team at Designs by K&S came up with great colour schemes and tile choices. They also picked out a nice floating vanity which we had our electrician add some led motion lighting with Nu Heat floors. Main bathroom was a simple re-tile of walls and floors. The vanity was upgraded including his plumbing fixtures. The design team had picked some very nice Riobel plumbings fixtures. All lighting fixtures were sourced from Robinson Lighting in Vancouver.
