THE APOLLON PROCESS

1. CONSULTATION

Your ideas, your needs, your budget.

We start with what matters to you most and will layout

a timeline, expectations, and how we can make your

vision happen.

2. DESIGN

How do all the pieces fit together? What looks good with

what? Our design team will coordinate the needs of the

project within your budget to create a thorough plan

that will guide the building process.

3. CONTRACT

Once we have a plan in place, a contract will be

established to create solid timelines, expectations, and

final costs. A contract is only signed when you are

fully satisfied with our team's vision.

4. PERMIT

Depending on the municipality's bylaws and the size of

your project, a permit may take around 10 weeks to obtain.

We will handle the permit process for you and keep you

up-to-date on all developments in the process.

5. BUILD

With the design, contract, and permits all in place, the build

will be done within the schedule and budget laid out. We

provide regular updates on the progress of the build, and will

always consult on any adjustments needing to be made.

6. COMPLETION & FOLLOW-UP

A build is only completed after a thorough walk-through

and inspection has given you the satisfaction of a job well

done. We'd appreciate any feedback about the entire
